Chocolate Base: Ruby and White Chocolate

Tempered ruby and white chocolate mix, wrapped around raspberry, strawberry, blackberry freeze dried fruit pieces, and crushed meringue. Topped with pieces of ruby chocolate, white chocolate biscuit pearls and more raspberry crumble to ensure it lives up to its 'fancy' name.
